This Week’s Theme is NERVOUS SYSTEM: This week we will look at how yoga and breathwork help to calm the nervous system.

We’ll also talk about essential oils– this week Wild Orange is our oil. I chose this oil as it’s energizing aroma helps to lift your spirit and increase energy levels. Adding a few drops of oil in a diffuser helps to release the energizing effect in your home.
