This Week’s Theme is the WELLNESS 360 – AIR: This week is the third week of our 12-week Wellness 360 series! This week, we will check-in by taking the quick and easy wellness quiz and look at things we can add-in vs. take-away to increase our overall wellness and vitality. From our Wellness 360 Wheel, Air will be this week’s focus topic.

Add-in VS. Take-away

Slow Down, Keep Calm, Be Positive, Take It Easy, Unplug, Enjoy Life, Have Fun, Breathe, Relax, Go Outside, Smile, and Meditate….
Use an air purifier.
Get a diffuser and add your favorite essential oils.
Practice breathing and incorporate breathwork into your daily routine.
Go outside, take a walk, get some fresh air throughout the day.
Be mindful of household chemicals! Try switching to “green” cleaning supplies.

Begin now for planning how you will remain active throughout the fall & winter months. Try incorporating poses from today’s class into your daily routine!

Dreams do not have to be big to be important, and dreams do not have to make money to have value. Some people dream of losing weight, finding the right life partner, pursuing a passion, others dream of finding the courage to leave a job, or a relationship that is unhealthy. To accomplish any dream, you need clarity, a clear path, and support. As a Dream Coach, this is what I offer, and more. I will help you gain clarity, take action, and support you in achieving your dream, but as a journey, not a destination point. Many people have a long list of accomplishments, yet still, feel empty. Others have a long list of failures and feel without hope. No two dreams are alike. Dreams are the desires of our soul, we may mistake them for big houses, nice cars, the ideal partner, etc., but at the end of the day, loving who it is that we see in the mirror, is the single most important dream that we have. Real dreams are an inside job, not an outside job. Self-love, self-care, and what dreams do our stories long to tell-- these are the real questions. What stands between us and our dreams? We do. I spent my life setting goals and accomplishing them—I know how to get things done. My mission is to help people embrace their dreams as a journey, not a destination, create a path towards wholeness, so fears and obstacles are overcome, and provide support and accountability, so dreams come true—each day.

A note about the class:

The Power of Self Care Virtual Yoga is about “you “listening to your body, clearing your mind, and connecting with your spirit. Some days this might mean relaxing in Shavasana and listening to the healing music of the handpan. On other days you may feel energized and choose to challenge yourself throughout the class. Remember, this is your practice, and we are grateful for your presence.

All poses in our chair or floor yoga classes can be modified to meet individual students’ needs. Before each class, we do a check-in to see if there are any specific needs to be addressed and work hard to ensure all students feel welcome— just as they are!
