We are excited to announce that we have a new promotional video for Self Care Providers Lunch & Learn Program: “The Power of Self-Care.” We would like to invite you to watch our latest video and please share it with your friends and colleagues. Our presentations are offered online and unperson, depending on COVID restrictions.

We bring programs that fosters wellness, professional development, motivation & mindfulness to organizations and community venues. Developed & delivered by Life Coach & Writing Facilitator, Kelly Richey, and Nurse Practitioner & Yoga Instructor Tamara White, the Power of Self-Care program is CEU-eligible, and offers simple, healthy, compassionate practices for busy, burnt-out and stressed employees.
Our wellness programs are ideal for corporations, organizations, communities & individuals. Tamara White and Kelly Richey bring 40 combined years of healthcare, personal development, and spiritual healing in programs ranging from 1-hour, half-day, and full day events.

DEFINITION:

Self care is any activity that we do in order to take care of our Mind, Body, Spirit, for example:
Body: Breathing, Yoga, Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep
Mind: Values, Daily Practice, Dreams, Purpose
Spirit: Mindfulness Practices, Prayer, Meditation

IMPORTANCE 50 / 50:

The first 50 years of our lives are defined by our genetics, and the second 50 years are defined by our behaviors.
First 50 years = Genetics
Second 50 years = Behavior

Burnout is now listed in World Health Organization (ICD-11) handbook as codable diagnosis.
