But Self-Care doesn’t need to be time-consuming, draining, or even expensive in order to be effective. Self-Care can be simple as showing yourself some love and kindness.
As a writing facilitator, I deliver these powerful writing programs on healing and self-reflection. Programs Include: The Power of Self-Care, Celebrating Our Struggles, and a school writing program called A Piece of Paper Always Listens.
Get to Know My Services. Today I want to talk about my role as a Nurse Practitioner, not just my years of experience and educational background, which we touched upon the other day, but a very important aspect of my practice: Geriatric Consulting.
Power of Self-Care program offered as an add-on to Lunch & Learns, is available as a half-day or full-day program, fosters wellness, professional development, motivation and mindfulness for groups in the workplace or other community venues.
As an Inspirational Speaker I use my own stories and music to connect with my audience on a personal level through humor, humility and my spirit. These life lessons did not come easy, and that is perhaps the part of my message that resonates so deeply with my audience. I have been where you are.
