Thursday Night Virtual Yoga with Tami & Kelly – 7 pm

Our theme this week is CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM Part 2, our word is TRANSFORMATION, and our essential oil is YLANG YLANG.

Virtual Yoga is the Perfect Way to Start

If you’ve always wanted to try yoga, but didn’t know where to start, or didn’t feel comfortable going to a studio, this class is for you! Virtual yoga is an excellent way to try yoga for the first time, or if you’re a seasoned Yogi, to enjoy yoga from the comfort of your living room!

This Week’s Theme is CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM Part 2: This week, we will continue our journey on how yoga helps to condition the cardiovascular system. “Studies have found that yoga practice lowers the resting heart rate and increases endurance as well as the maximum uptake of oxygen during exercise, which are all reflections of improved aerobic conditioning.” From the book “50 Ways to Heal a Yogi,” by Dr. Timothy McCall, MD

This Week’s Word is TRANSFORMATION: “At any moment, we have the power to make a decision that changes our lives forever.“ by Amanda Sides, “108 Themes For Your Yoga Practice.”

This Week’s Essential Oil is YLANG YLANG: – doTERRA Essential Oils
We’ll also talk about essential oils.  This week’s we will continue with Ylang Ylang as our oil, as it has been shown to help with hypertension.

Suggestion: Add 3 drops of ylang-ylang to your bath water for your self-care treat!

PROPS: Our props for the week – mat, pillow, strap & blocks. If you don’t have any props– NO worries!
