This Week’s Theme is LIVING INTO OUR DREAMS: This week, we ask the question— What if our dreams were a journey and not a destination, what would we dream…? We explore how our dreams give meaning and purpose to our lives; and through learning to love ourselves, we allow ourselves to dream.
This Week’s Practice:
This Week’s Practice is FULL BODY – FLOW CONNECTION: This week’s practice will be a full-body flow yoga sequence. This practice will help us build a connection with ourselves as we embrace the gifts we are discovering and inspire us to dream.
